Our Story

VeS Media: stories that touch, sounds that connect

VeS Media is our project, it’s a story we’re writing together. A story growing out of a love for sound, words, and human connection. What started as a shared passion grew into a place where stories come to life through podcasts, music, and written media. Always with a heart for the person behind the story.

What started as a small-scale dream is growing today into a versatile creative space where authenticity and engagement are central. We believe every voice counts, every story deserves to be heard, and that media can be a bridge between people.

The story behind VeS Media

VeS Media was born from the shared passion of Veerle Vanhamel and Skye Vrancken. Together, we wanted to create a space where creativity, vulnerability, and strength come together. A place where personal stories don’t stay in the shadows but get the stage they deserve.

Our name was chosen intentionally: VeS stands for Veerle and Skye, but also for Voices and Stories. The common thread through everything we do.

We started our adventure with the podcast “Lifelines”, a place for candid conversations about life in all its facets. From those first sounds, something bigger grew step by step: VeS Media, as a home base for our diverse projects.

Where we’re headed

VeS Media is in full swing. We’re working on a stronger foundation for our creative home, so we can support our projects even better.

Our personal approach always remains the heart of what we do: VeS Media is and remains the joint story of Veerle and Skye.

We believe that growth isn’t just about getting bigger, but mainly about becoming more conscious. Sustainability is close to our hearts. That’s why we choose green hosting where possible: for example, for our podcasts via Castos, and we work with partners who have an eye for eco-friendly solutions.

At the same time, we remain mindful of our impact. Even though we use AI tools, we’re always looking for a balance between creativity and responsibility.

We believe in honest choices over perfect ones, and we want to be open about the steps we take, big or small.
